This month marks a significant milestone for Envance as we celebrate our 5th birthday! Founded during lockdown in 2020, Envance has grown from an ambitious vision into a thriving consultancy of over 20 talented professionals.
To commemorate this special occasion, we held an (almost whole company - one of these days we'll get everyone in one place!) update meeting, reflecting on the past year’s performance and evaluating our progress against our ambitious 10-year plan and we are proud to say that we continue to outperform our targets.
As is now tradition, we celebrated with a company sushi dinner, bringing everyone together to enjoy great food and great company. The following day, we hosted a series of engaging workshops focused on enhancing our skills and processes. These included sessions on project management, refining our reporting templates, ecology field skills, and a tech team hackathon—each designed to ensure we continue to innovate and deliver excellence for our clients.
Founders, Chris and Erica are immensely proud of the entire Envance team and grateful to all of our clients that have help us to get here.
